2026 Spirit of the Wakatipu Awards & Gala 

 

 

This is the Spirit of the Wakatipu: Tiaki o Tahuna - To Care for the People and the Place of Queenstown. The Spirit of the Wakatipu Awards are an opportunity to recognise and celebrate those individuals, organisations, groups and corporate entities who put their hand up and contribute in a philanthropic way to the Wakatipu community and who hold true to the values that define what is unique about the place we call home.

The spirit of giving is a force that brings communities together for the common good. There are literally countless individuals, groups and organisations who give of themselves, their time and their resources to help make our community a better place.
