Bruce Grant

After Bruce passed away on K2,  devastated friends and family set up a trust in his name, to preserve his legacy, acknowledge his love for live and to recognise the efforts of other young people who show a similar passion for life, adventure and the desire to succeed. In 1996 the trust made the first grant.

Since 1995 nearly $450,000 has been distributed to nearly 250 local Whakatipu youth by the Bruce Grant Youth Trust.
