The 45South Animal Welfare Fund has been established to support organisations and initiatives that care for animals across the Southern Lakes region.


This long term community endowment fund will create lasting impact for local animal welfare charities.

Caring for the creatures who share our place. 


Whether it’s rescuing and rehabilitating animals, supporting low-cost veterinary services, protecting native species, or educating communities about responsible pet ownership, this fund will help ensure that compassion, safety, and care extend to all creatures in our region.
